Did you forget your NaijaCare password? If you are struggling to get onto NaijaCare, follow these easy steps to change your password:
On the homepage, click on Login.
To change your password, click on Forgot password?
Type in your username, mobile number or email address that you used when you first joined NaijaCare.
Choose SMS or Email to receive a link with instructions to change your password. Now click on the Request Reset button.
If you did not provide a mobile number or email address on your profile, you will not be able to change your password.
If you cannot remember the username, mobile number or email address you used or if you did not provide a mobile number or email address on your profile, Whatsapp NaijaCare Support on 08107387983.
We will send an SMS to your mobile number or a message to your Email address. Check your messages for a link with instructions to create a new password. Wait a few minutes for the SMS to be delivered. This may take a while.
If the link opens an error page, try to copy and paste the link in your browser where you have NaijaCare open.
Did you provide an email address on your profile?
If so, we will send the link to change your password via email as well!
Now, type in your new password, and repeat it again to confirm your new password is correct. When you are happy with your new password, click on Create new password and you are done!
